A friend of mine was telling me he felt nauseas after his leg workout. He said it's actually a good thing because it's caused by the higher test levels at the end of the workout.
It sounded like bullshit to me, but I didn't wanna call him on it before I had the facts.

Can anyone help me out?
Its total bullshit,if higher testosterone levels made you nauseas, this site would be full of puking barbarians. Ive seen a few guys puke at the gym,99% of the time it was from doing squats.i dont have a clue why but i can guarantee its not from higher test levels.
^^i agree big, it might be due to overexhertion and going balls to the wall, called good workout. i always get bad nosebleeds on squat days. thats a great workout to me. but i havent a clue .

i agree on the overexhertion, lol squats seperate the men from the boys,no doubt.
A few times my squat session got beyond intense and I found myself uncontrollably horny and aggressive. I had to go to the bathroom to cool off (no I didn't jerk off).

I felt a little sick today after my workout, and I have before. I wasn't puking, maybe slightly shaky, but had a very slight sense of disorientation and a churning in my stomach. I think, for the most part, it was a result of going into the workout too soon after I ate, or lack of pure water (only coffee), shit, it could have even been just the coffee giving me an unsettling feeling.
(ps. don't yell at me for my poor choices, I am still learning from my mitakes, lol)
^^^musclegirl, i think your sticking with it, great ,nobodys perfect on everything they do. are you training for a fitness competition? or photoshoot? bbing show ect? thnx.
