    Unhappy Plase help me!

Okay im 14 years old and very serious about getting stronger and whatnot. Ive hit a plateau sadly and I wanna push through it really badly! Also Ive read everything I could about muscle building online and it seems like ive been overtraining. I eat fairly good and only lift every other day(Monday, Wensday, Friday and Sunday). Also since im growing ( 5ft 7in, 128 pounds) I dont want to stunt my growth. Heres my workout : (Everything 2 sets and 10 reps) Chest flys, Standing Curls, Seated Curls, Hammer Curls, Concentration Curls, Tricep extensions over the back, Tricep Pullback, Forearm upwards. (These next ones are 4 sets with varying weights) Decline Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, Bench press, Leg press, Leg curls. Thats pretty much my workout. Will people give me exercises to shake up my workout? How to shatter my plateau? If im overtraing? Any tips and anything? Diet advice? And I wanna say thanks in advance and everyones help will help a young lifter succed!
