    push/pull

    if im doing a push/pull split is it ok to do push monday pull tuesday or should i always rest the next day after push?

    i do 4 days on 1 off 3 days on 2 off, ect. try wat works for you because wat works for you might not work for someone else. so try different days ect till you find wat works for you.
