There is a lightweight rotator cuff excersize (2.5 and 5 pound plates...), where you hold them like a scarecrow position and bring them up (too much range on the negative probably not good). Do you know what I mean with this one?

I've had shoulder problems from warehousing long ago, and I've had to be carefull pretty much ever since. I basically just slowed down the reps and did all dumbell movements in place of barbell presses, slower and lighter basically and that seemed to do the trick.

i agree, it takes a really long time for a shoulder injury to heal since you use it so much with a lot of lifts. you have to do a lot of warmups before anything on any given day and build back up strength slowly! good luck!
