    body fat question

    im new to bulking becasue i always fight at 145 but my next fight im meeting a guy in the middle at 165, im at about 12% bf right now thats the most ive ever had but i still feel pretty lean, will i have a good bulk with this or should i go up some more? i have 3 months to gain this and i only need to gain about 10 more pounds,

    If you're at 145 and fighting at 165, I see no reason to worry about BF%. You need to get your weight up to at least 165 and then worry about body fat.
