    Cardio/Callisthenics

    How can i go about adding some pushups to my routine and how much cardio does everyone here do?

    Replace some other chest exercise with pushups. Do as much cardio as you need to reach your goals.

    Every so often on chest day, try supersetting pushups immediately before or after bench press. You usually won't be able to go as heavy on bench but you'll be able to get a good pump by pre-exhausting
