Snakker du dansk? lol yea i think he was around 300 as a powerlifter but the funny thing is he never looked fat or bloated. Genetic freak if there ever was one and in my oppinion has the biggest heart of them all. He was fully aware of the heart condition that killed him since his sister had it and other family members. But still he kept going, he even said if he could choose the way he would die it would be during a deadlift! aint that some shit. His gym was called jakaból which roughly translates to "Iceberg's nest" lol. that name has been kept alive and now (in a diffirent location) young powerlifters train.

One dude I used to play BBall with Named Hafþór július björnsson . He´s 6'10 and deadlifts 350 kg (770 lbs) and check this, he started powerlifting about 2 years ago. before that i dont remember seeing him do a single powerlift in the gym, i dont even think he squated with us lol. He already holds the title Iceland's strongest man. Whatch out for him!

6'10-Holy shit! That is one tall powerlifter. I'll keep an eye out. Won't be hard to miss.
