    Friend's Training Routine

    How do you guys feel about this work out a friend has made for himself. He asked for my advice but he don't really listen to me so maybe I can show him some of the more educated answers.

    TRICEPS

    I would start by telling him how imbalanced it is. 22 upper body exercises compared to 3 lower body.

    i dont see dead lifts thats very important for overall health and ups your energy after time. but i like it. but also i like bbbp flat , incline, decline, flys machine sqeeze or db for different angle and sqeeze at top of movement but all the way up to top really sqeeze other than that its good. DIGITAL IS THAT YOU IN YOUR AVATAR? JUST REALLY CURIOUS AS THATS IMPRESSIVE IF ITS YOU.?

    He's not much of a lower body person. I actually have to keep reminding him to do legs, I sometimes bring him to do some squats with me.

    The balance issue is definitely something I'll have to remind him again.

    I should add; He's on a gear at the moment, hes on his second month.

    Thanks man, I'm giving it my all and hoping by next year or so to be able to compete in the local events. Some friends are telling me to compete in this upcoming October musclebeach competition but I'm no where ready unless I cut down about 20-25pounds.


    gtbmed. Ya this guy thinks he's lacking biceps so he works them twice as much haha

    Who cares wat your mates routine looks like just train your self and make him look stupid when your well balanced and massive and he looks top heavy standin on toothpicks about to tople over. My mate i use to train with wouldnt belive wat i was tellin him so i changed gyms and stoped training wit him and im now twice as strong twice as big as he is
