i dont see dead lifts thats very important for overall health and ups your energy after time. but i like it. but also i like bbbp flat , incline, decline, flys machine sqeeze or db for different angle and sqeeze at top of movement but all the way up to top really sqeeze other than that its good. DIGITAL IS THAT YOU IN YOUR AVATAR? JUST REALLY CURIOUS AS THATS IMPRESSIVE IF ITS YOU.?

Thanks man, I'm giving it my all and hoping by next year or so to be able to compete in the local events. Some friends are telling me to compete in this upcoming October musclebeach competition but I'm no where ready unless I cut down about 20-25pounds.
