Ditto, I measure where my 'gut' is biggest, even though it doesn't match my pant size unfortunately![]()

Your waist girth measurement should actually come from the narrowest part of your torso at the bottom edge of the ribcage, usually just above the bellybutton.

This is true, but I measure the gut, my waist changes ALOT less than the gut does. I have englishman hips which doesn't help I suppose, I wear 34/32 pants though, I can barely fit into 32 waist pants.

28.5" waist, this guy is so dedicated at even 24 years old, that he lost a 4 year relationship over it, because of little things like, weighing chicken when going out to restraunts. One dedicated, and knowlegeable dude.

that guy is buff as hell.
who is it?

He's a guy that posts on another board (very lite poster), he is an NPC competitor, he lives somewhere in Canada, just turned 24 I think 3 months ago.

Gold's, I'm sorry brother, but no. If he was black some may argue it could be possible, I have seen amazing white guys but they are always on gear or carrying more bloat.Originally posted by Golds_Soldier

I didn't want to talk about gear because I didn't want it to seem like encouragement, BUT, with that in mind, this guy is no goofball, he has only done 5 mass cycles, I know guys who weigh less than I do who have done 4 cycles. This guy knows his stuff, no screwing off, and he eats like he should, no crybaby whining "I can't eat that much", you can, you just have to work up to it.
If you want to compete in a heavy mans class, yes gear is neccessary, which is why many people will stay small time or just never compete at all. Genetics still play a huge role, there is a guy south of me 6'1" 29x pounds and he will never be on an Olympia stage and he admits this freely, why? Because he started out at 137 pound weenie, even though he can get huge he doesn't have the genetics to be a serious contender at the highest ranks, he wont even do nationals because of his genetics, and while he does use he doesn't want to be on the useage level that the pros are, who do some truly scary things to themselves.

awwwi wish people can get that big naturaly

Very rare individuals can get very large, Paul Dillet is probably one of them (if he were natural), I've seen in several places reports that he eats very poorly but still maintains muscle, including one of his training partners (live in) saying the same thing about him, no desire to eat. Ronnie Coleman believes that he recouperates from his extremely heavy workouts in only 3 days.
As for gifted white guys, Paul Demayo and Mike Mattarazo come to mind, both of them started out fairly heavy already and gained easily.
