    please critique my workout

I conceived my new FB routine. i'd be very glad if you could take a look:

    A:

    deadlift 3x8
    db incline press 3x10
    deep decline push-ups 2x
    pull-ups 3x
seated db rear lateral raises 2x10-15
standing barbell curls 2x10 + -50% weight dropset after last set
    weighted bench dips 3x10
    standing calf raise 2x15

    B:

    squat 3x8
    bench press 3x8
    bb rows 3x10
    standing military press 3x10
    chinups 3x
    close-grip bench press 3x10

    rep timing 2-1-2.

    rest between sets&exercises - 60-90 sec.

1-2 warmup sets before DL, squat, BP

    abs2 every day.

    3 workouts per week. A B A B A ...

what do you think about that routine ? thanks for any suggestions&comments

For the two workouts, I would suggest something like this instead.

    A:

    deadlift 4x5-6
db incline press 4x8-10 alternate with Bench-4x8-10
    pull-ups 4x8-10 alternat with chinups-4x8-10
standing barbell curls 2x10 + -50% weight dropset after last set

    B:

    squat 4x8-10
bb rows 4x8-10 alternate with DB rows-4x8-10
standing military press 4x8-10 alternate with arnies-4x8-10
    standing calf raise 2x15

I see what you are trying to do....

if you want to do an upper lower split you need to drop some of your exercises and just focus on the major lifts. but looking at the exercise selection I think you would be happier with a push/pull/legs split. read the stickies and try again..
