    Redbull you've started like 7 threads or so. Why don't you find a way to ask your questions together? At a glance you had one about leg workouts and then this one. Why not make one thread to cover all your training?

    As for back training..

    Directly:

    (1.) Row variations

    (2.) Pullup/Chinup variations

    (3.) Pulldown variations

    (4.) Straight-arm pulldowns + straight-arm pullovers (isolation)

    Indirectly:

    (1.) Deadlift variations + Good Mornings

    (2.) Clean variations

    (3.) Snatch variations

    (4.) Squat variations

    (5.) Heavy core/stabilizing exercises (e.g. planks, overhead supports, static holds, front squat holds, etc)
