    None. You want all the nutrition to be used by the developing baby. Not using it for workouts and/or repairing your body. IMO

    Probably best would be to consult a doctor.

    It would be dependent on how active she was prior to pregnancy.
    Conditions during pregnancy?
    and how far along in the pregnancy?

    There are specific moves in Yoga that my wife is doing. It is really working well.
    1. flexibility
    2. coordination
    3. self-esteem
    4. relaxation
    It has also bought me a TON of gym time while we are pregnant---she really gets the "high" we all get from gym time and wants me to keep it up for my personal relaxation, self-esteem, etc.

    You could probably find some videos out there. I thought it would be a joke, but man I am so glad i pushed her to it.....or did I just get trolled?

    I here heavy heavy dead lifting and a lot of clean and jerks are realy gd for preggas chicks
