Does this weight loss goal make sense ??

I am 160 LB - 14% Body Fat Percentage, I am not on any weight loss products or fat burners yet...
I am back to weight training again 2-3 weeks ago, is it logical to put a target 10% body fat percentage after 1 month from now ??? note that I am planning to use some fat burners and raise training intensity and increase cardio as much as I can...
is it a logical goal ?? or shall I put a longer deadline for myself ??

    160 @ 14% bodyfat = 138 lbs lean.

    138 lbs lean @ 10% bodyfat = 153 lbs.

You need to drop 7 lbs. In one month this is possible, but you'll need to do something like "Rapid Fat Loss" aka Lyle McDonald's PSMF in order to achieve it.

Ordinary dieting and training with the goal of one pound a week is reasonable. Faster than that, you need strategy.
Wondering where to start? Confused? "Homework 1" will get you started.

Think you're ready for the "next step"? Take this test.

He probably needs to drop more than 7 lbs. of total weight, because I doubt he's going to retain all of his lean mass, especially with a restrictive diet like RFL at an already low BF%.

I'd say it's possible but not likely. You can probably get close to your goal if you do RFL for 1 month, but that would absolutely suck.

^ true that. Although if he diets down slowly, he should keep all his lean mass. 10% is nicely lean, but it's not ripped to shreds lean. Won't happen in a month, though.

if this is your first time getting to 10% it will be harder than if you were at that level previously. getting to a new low body fat % is always a challenge as the body fights to hold onto fat stores.

It really depends on how many pounds that represents, don't you think? I mean, if you started at 200 lbs and 22% bodyfat, you'd have to drop 12 lbs of fat in a month with no loss of muscle. That's a pretty neat trick without anabolics and DNP! If you're willing to drop muscle, 12 lbs is easy to lose in a month. Not sure how you tested your bodyfat though so I'll reserve judgement.

Man you said it. Years ago in the army I was around 10-12%. Now, ten years later, getting lower than 12% has been insanely difficult. I have been fighting with it for weeks.
