Does the lumbar region of your back take xtra long to recover from exercise?
What is an expectation for training it in terms of frequency?
I have read some bodybuilders only dead lift once every 2 weeks

Well I suffer from sore lower back whenever I deadlift, but your recovery must improve every week you dead lift... actually I suggest if it takes a long time to recover then hit it more often not less often .... more frequency, less intensity and more reps till you get used to deadlifting heavy without overtraining your lower back...![]()
