Very funny review. I saw the commercial the other day and thought it looked way too much like something that should be done alone preferable with lube!

Bought one for my lady. I can say her grip and performance in the bedroom has improved . I give it a 10 for that alone.

Shaker weights work best if used while on a gazelle, ab lounge, or while balancing on a bosu ball

I dont agree with anything youve said, but you looked out of breath a bit. And possibly a sweat. If I noticed that being on your side, you can rest assured others have too.

Actually, I had just done 30 mins on the treadmill and done some work on the TRX Trainer (you can see TRX strap in vid) before, I was out of breath from laughing so hard....but seriously. Take a trash can and swing it around for 6 minutes, and you will be out of breath and may feel some fatigue. That don't make it advanced training technology that will replace dumbbells, etc. Fill a gallon 3/4 with water, shake it hard for 6 minutes, etc., etc

Hopefully you didn't throw the receipt away for yours.

    I dont have one. Silly.

Anyway, it still holds for a bad argument. If you did it and werent out of breath, there would be zero argument.

There's no argument as (1) I covered the issue and (2) you aint qualified to debate the issue with me.

    Carry on.

I saw a commercial for this a while back, and I shook... my head. The saddest part is that you KNOW people will actually spend money on this because they are morons. I am still trying to think up my million-dollar-idiot-attracting-idea, I have a few already circling in my head.
Just a girl.... Looking for muscles!!
