Better peak: inherit better parents.
Sorry. Peak's genetic.

I am looking to increase the size of my peak on the biceps. I have decent size, but they just don't peak upward enough when I flex.
Does anyone have ANY SUGGESTIONS??
Currently, I do about 9-10 sets for biceps. Train them about every 6 or seven days after back...

Concentration curls and incline curls might help a bit IMO

For muscle building you have to make a time schedule or particular diet and exercise. You will gain weight as well as good muscle.

Start curling in the squat rack, that should do it.
peak max is genetic. Getting to your peak max is another story. I must say though that I've added a little bit to mine over the past year with direct work. Incline dumbbells and bent over curls, concentration curls. A pro told me to do inclines. It wasn't a controlled test or anything so it still could have came mostly from heavy weighted pullups for me which would be about 260 plus 90 lbs at the time. Of course i was also eating like a small bull at the time. I've lost some since. And lost about 15 lbs since.

Thanks Merkaba.
I did reverse pullups at the end of my back routine on wed just befor I started biceps. They were already feeling pretty good when I got started doing my bicep routine. I don't usually do incline dumbells. I will try them. Thanks.
I believe it's genetic as well. I'm not in good enough shape to see anything now, but when I had it, I did do concentration curls and incline curls as some suggest here. I have no idea if they helped or what the difference was, but I've not seen a peak in a long time!

Add 20lbs bodyweight and do a shitload of pullups. Increasing size will better reveal your muscles' natural shape - which can't be changed.

When you do incline curls, is it better to alternate each arm, or do both at the same time? Is there any difference, or is it a matter of preference??

It is a matter of preference. However, I personally like to alternate them because I can focus on each arm individually.
