    Post Forearms

What are some exercises to bulk up the forearms? I've played the piano my whole life, so they are very strong, but too damn skinny. It's plaqued me my since I was a young lad.

Your forearms will build in strength if you try not to use straps on your lifts like Deadlifts, rows or anything your pulling the weight with.
