    ? on bulking

    currently takin 500mg of sust/week, i want to lose fat from my stomach so abs will be visible. is running while trying to bulk a bad idea?

    Cardio while bulking is a good thing...gets the blood pumping and helps you recover faster...keep it to a minimum though...1-2 days a week..

    And you say you want to CUT your stomach fat, while BULKING

    CUT?...BULK? you cant cut fat while bulking....this is probably.... ....THE dumbest shit i've ever read

    cutting/decreasing body fat requires a caloric deficit in the diet while bulking requires a caloric excess. pick a goal and design a training routine and diet to maximize that goal. trying to do both at once will result in minimal gains either way
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
