im writing an essay for this class and its basically asking when you squat, and do push ups, and front crawl(swimming), describe the movements available at each major joint in the body (vertebrae,ankle,knee,hip,wrist,elbow,shoulder) and explain the movement occurring
help would be greatly appreciated!

Go get a textbook, or look for some journal articles on highwire press or pubmed. Nobody here is gonna do the work for you.
