    the tricep is 2/3 of the upper arm so the focus should be on that and utilizing heavy compound pressing movements.

    exercise, resistance training, etc. only stimulates the muscles and CNS, the diet provides the calories and nutrients for muscle repair and growth. that being the case the best training routine and a poor diet result in little muscle growth. if you want to grow you have to train heavy AND eat

    Eat well, Lift Heavy, Sleep. ....repeat process for about 5 years. Don't worry about getting big arms they will come. Once you get to that level, and you will, there's no turning back.

    You can't rush results.
