    Time To Grow

Alright people...summer is gone and it is time to grow. Anyone else here hitting some serious mass building programs?

I plan on pushing myself really hard and not blowing the diet. I'm sitting at about 220lbs now...I'm going to try and hit 250 without looking like crap....HERE WE GO!!!!
Are you going to eat that?....

I'm a little half ass backwards, bulking through the summer, hit around 215 - 220 and am slowly cutting back.
Down to 210 today at around 15% BF.
