    Some Questions ...

    sorry about my poor english.

    1.I saw an article says that natural bodybuilders worst is to get high fat precent--> "Because the female hormone estrogen feels excellent when there is lots of fat, the chubbier you get, the more estrogen for you. Bad news, because this means less muscle."
    Is it truth?

    2. I started a mass program and i see all my fat is focus on the waists.. and the rest of my body still well built (cut?)PHOTO:

    Its ok? that is my body genetic? It will get off when ill be cut?

    3.When I train my biceps I can see that I have split in the half of them.
    Like Johnney Jackson split , but reversed. it can be tear in the biceps?
    or genetics?

    For the most part, yes. However, it isn't something you likely need to worry about. If you are concerned about your level of estrogen, go to a doctor and ask for blood work to check your estrogen levels.

    This issue is common to everybody -- the fat carried around your waist is generally the last area to lose fat. If you want to get rid of that fat, you need to diet down.
