What I did today... try it...

If you have the space try this. I did heavy deads, for me up to 405. Then heavy Romanians with 315. Then I super set three sets of Romanians with glute ham raises and then two sets of leg curls.

I liked this. A little change for me. Give it a try.

Sounds brutal! What do you do GHR's on? I used to do them on the lat pulldown, but they can be kind of awkward.

sounds like fun . . . every now and then I do pre-fatigue super sets:

12 rep good mornings (light) 8 rep SL Deads (heavy) is a killer

    other options are:

12 rep lunges (each leg) 8 rep leg press

12 rep lat raises, 8 rep military press

12 rep DB flies, 8 rep DB press

12 rep reverse flies, 8 rep upright rows

    etc etc

Sounds good but id change the RDL's to light ones for higher reps if i did it, if i go too heavy on RDL's i must lose form as i dont feel the stretch in my hamstrings as much as id want to.
Like the Captn said too, i like putting RDL's and good mornings in the same workout.
All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy.

Pretty intense, I've done something somewhat similar, but did stiff leg deads in place of romanians.

Sounds awesome, I'm trying to get in more hamstring work.

    Have you tried KB swings?

Yeah, they're another hip extension exercise, but I find they're a good way to get in more hip extension work without doing endless sets of deadlifts that can exhaust the back and grip.

Yea I've been pre fatiguing before squats lately and really like it. They warm me up and let me get the squats done quicker so I spend less time in the "dungeon"

I put the bar down low on the shit, i meant smith machine... like three pins up. PUt a bench in sideways. I put three 45's (cause I'm 250) on each side and i put my ankles under the bar and my knees on the bench. I put a folded towel on the bar on my ankles to pad them.
