Yup, proper diet and a little cardio can do the job.

If your willing to do it slowly you shouldn't loose much if any size, the faster you try to lose weight and you will lose some size. NPC guys lose about an inch or more on thier arms when they diet for shows.

To all those wo have helped with my question thank you very much.

To go into more detail I want to loose more inches than the mass. I know my mass will come down too but I am wanting to loose the inches more. I Do up to 45 minutes of cardio a day at the gym 4 days a week is that too much or not enough.

That is probably on the outskirts of good to possibly too much as far as maintaining mass. Are you doing walking or actual cardio? If its actual cardio you may expect to lose mass as well, especially since some of it is inevitably water and fat.

2-3 times a week is probably what you will find in most people's routines if cardio is added, many guys just do walking, 3-3.4MPH for 30-60 minutes.
