    sets to failure on full body?

    as the title suggests would it be best to go to failure on one set per muscle group or on a full body routine should no sets be taken to failure in a normal A and B routine

    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    it all depends on your periodization and it depends on every exercise seperately...you have to be able to feel yourself
