    grip

    Help me out guys my grip fails about 6th rep into deadlifts with 365. How can I train my grop. I've heard farmers walk but I train at a very small gym and no room. I've been doin what we called dead hang. Holdin the bar off the pegs as long as we can. Doednt seem to be working.

    finger curls standing with the bar behind my back seemed to help my grip a ton when it was weak.

    i met a guy at the gym who swore by hanging from a pull up bar with a weight belt on for as long as you could.

    and i do not know how well they work, but i think they are called gorilla grips, but they are those spring loaded things you hold in your hand and squeeze. they make them with pretty high tensions.
