    I woudl say that you are all right. I know it's been said time and again but the truth is that everyone will find that certain training styles may work for one and not for another. I actually alternate between training to failure with period of HIT every couple of months. Just another form of muscle confusion. No can really say that there is only one way to do it. Eventually any training style will yield a plateau at some point which will necessitate trying something else.
