deads... sounds like its a majority.

its greatness. i can do deadlifts for a couple weeks and my shoulders just blow up. theres no other one exercise i can see results from as fast. works so much so hard. i love barely being able to walk away having just blasted it

I also agree with Deadlifts but I dont do them every week.

Dumbbell triceps extensions are also a favorite. I was doing reps with 80lbs the other day for the first time and its such an adrenaline rush pushing that above my head.

Dumbell flyes are also up there as one of my favorites.
    Goal: 190lbs - Currently: 190 lbs - 22.0% bf
I used to be 141 lbs then put on 30lb in 3 months thanks to the helpful forum members. Now trying to maintain 190lbs but lower bodyfat.

    Deadlifts are number 1.

    A2G Squats are number 2.

Both of these give me an insane feeling during and after the set. I feel like a man !

A log is pretty specific so it's one of the more difficult ones to substitute, but doing a clean + press with two heavy dumbells while keeping them in a hammer grip all the way through is probably most similar. At least that i can think of anyway.

The hand position is the same, and because of the length of the dumbells you'll have to keep them a distance from your body - much like the log with it's diameter.
