The New SFX training system for induce size and strength

Hi folk my name is SYFIT MUSCLE and i would like to introduce you to a new training system which will increase muscle size, strength. I gained over 4lb in less than 8 weeks gaining over 1" on my arms (gear free). Read this arcticle, then log on to the site to complete the 5 set Hamstring Challenge and the Magnificent 7 Chest challenge...Could be your body's worse nightmare.
    SFX (SYFIT X TRAINING SYSTEM)

INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH, MUSCULAR ENDURANCE AND OVERALL SIZE

For the moment I want you to forget about the way you trained yesterday. I even want you to forget about the light pump you may or may not have received after your workout. We are about to turn things on their head with a new training system for overall strength and muscle mass. Welcome to SYFIT X, a new breed of training system which incorporates Stretch Range Isometric exercise and normal repetition work all in the same set.
By training this way the SYFIT MUSCLE BUILDING TEAM has found the best muscle building programs that progressively tires out all of the muscle fibers.
We have also found that it takes less total sets to completely fatigue a muscle and take it beyond failure. A typical quad workout took 6-8 intense sets to leave my lab rats laying motionless on the gym floor.
We must warn you that SYFIT X training is not for the faint hearted and not for the novice muscle builder.
If your training has become stale and the results have slowed down, step your game up with the best muscle building programs and get with the SYFIT X training system.

If your making the mistake of thinking that this system is not one of the best muscle building programs, and that this system is easy….DON’T. After putting my lab rats through 8 sets of chest and 5 sets of traps, I had phone calls stating that they were experiencing difficulties keeping their arms up while doing the manual job of holding on to the steering wheel on the way home, I won’t tell you what they said after an 8 set QUAD WORKOUT…

LET'S TELL YOU HOW THE SYFIT X SYSTEM WORKS
The standard way of training is that you perform a set amount of reps pushing the weight from A to B (concentric contraction ) until you feel tired and then you put the weight down ready to perform the next set. You may after 2 minutes rest decide to up the poundage for the next set. After that you may do 12-15 more sets for that body part, then move on to do another body part.
Although this style of training has worked to a certain extent for many, workouts can become stale pretty quickly and results slow the hell down as your body gets used to a set way of training. At that point you continue to do the same old same old routine, wondering why your not seeing results. TIME FOR CHANGE…..ENTER SYFIT X
LETS DISCECT THE LEG PRESS EXERCISE

    # Start the exercise as you would normally do by pushing out your first rep. When your knees come all the way back to your chest, HOLD FOR 1 SECOND (Isometric), before starting the second rep.

#Perform rep 2 and when your knees come back to your chest HOLD FOR 2 SECONDS ( Isometric), before starting the third rep

    # Perform rep 3 and when your knees have come back to your chest HOLD FOR 3 SECONDS (Isometric) , before starting the fourth rep.

Continue this sequence until you reached rep 8 and have held it for 8 seconds, then immediately perform as many normal reps until you reach failure.

To watch the leg press video and get the rest of the inside scoop log on to sy-fit-muscle-building.com and click on syfit x

I'm not too sure why Push and Pull would call this hard work spam..I just want as many people to learn about this system. This is'nt a 5 minutes put together kind of thing you dream up in the locker room. Its something that has been test driven for 12 months just like FST-7..many have gotton good results from my system , so I thought I would share it with this forum. Spam was not the intention..spreading the word was. And thats what I thought this forum was all about...and that was spreading and promoting muscle building in all forms.

Well I'd have to say it's your first post on this board is to blatantly promote your own website which has it's own "chat page's".

We're more inclined to beleive it's not just marketing BS and self promotion if you do more on the boards than just pimp your wares.

You're only goal here is to get people to come to your website. You're not a board sponser, so you're spam.

Hi! I've read both reports and watched the exercise demo videos and SYFIT X looks good! I've tried the chest challenge and holy shit, kicked my ass, awesome!
I'm intrested in having a go at the next SFX challege (hamstrings). I'm a power lifter and want to improve my strength in my hams. In the past I've had injuries to my hamstrings which are weak right now. I rush my dead lift because of my weak hams and tend to use my lower back.
Do you think SFX training will improve the strength in my hamstrings?

Alan84 Do you really want to answer that question...I guess you do, so I will..YES I think so...So far in my 40 years I have never in my life had to or wanted to be someone else, even when people made fun of me being black...Quite Pleased and happy being me, "ARE YOU HAPPY BEING YOU? thats the real question my friend. Would'nt want to be you or anyone else ....But thanks for your imput.

Anyway back to the reason for being on this boad and that is to spread the SFX WORD..Glad you've taken the time to try my system out Master Muscle. In answer to your question, this system was tested on quite a few different people, one of which was a powerlifter who used this system to improve his Squat and Deadlift. I asked him to only use the SFX for 6-8 weeks on 3 bodyparts, hams, upper back and quads. I also asked him to focus on mainly back and hams training, using the system once per week with 5 sets for Hams and 7 sets for Back. We trained Quads using the system once evry 2 weeks.

What we found was that over a space of 3 weeks his hand grip improved and over the 8 weeks his Hamstrings/glutes got stronger. The grip improvement was due to the back training. The reason for strength in his Hams, quads and glutes was simply because when using this system your only as strong as the weakest part of a movement and thats the focus on the first part of any set.

He was able to tranfer this new strength into the first part of his deadlifts. The only problem we had with his new found Ham strength was that he had to re-learn the Deadlift movement as to be able to use his Hamstring and glute strength. All in all he improved his Deadlift by 25lb.

As you may of seen, we used a new Hamsting/ glute exercise "Hamstring Shot Puts" Which had a grown man crying using a 25lb dumbell, so start of with a small weight (10-15lb) until you get used to the movement then take small steps up in weight. Keep up the hard work and I hope it works out good for you...Just one more point I have noticed while watching people use the SFX , and that is the counting part of the exercise. As you move deeper into a workout it may become tempting to count quicker like your playing hide and seek at school. Resist doing this even when the burn and pump hits home..A second is a second and not a mini second. Any less than a total of 36 seconds hold in one set is cheating your muscle out of real growth in strength, condition and size. keep us posted on how you gert on.

What you mean to say bro is that you aint got much to say this fine and dandy day, thats cool cuz I'll chat for you :Why leech in someone else garden when you can sit down in their chair...

You got one thing right....YES I'm self promoting a training system called SYFIT X for induced muscle size and strength...I have found through life that some people just want to gang up and try and stop the flow..sorry but you can't do that with stick and stone chitter chatter my friend...but anyway thanks for your imput.

When you training (if you do any) get stale and you need a boost, something to kick start muscle growth and up your strength you may want to re-read the report and give it a go..You have'nt got to like me to give it a try....just don't let pride or the fact that you think I'm self promoting stop your muscle growth...have a great day, train hard and speak soon.

Four things i want to see if you are going to promote your training system here:

    1. Research backing up these claims. Either directly about your system, related work done by others that backs up your system in some way, or research/reports of what you have done on your own athletes. All three would be best really.

    2. Better post formatting. For the love of God.

    3. Well reasoned explanations of the processes by which your system works.

    4. Testimonials/opinions from noted professionals in the field. Either of you, your team, or the training system. This is optional, but helps. We know nothing about you, after all.

New training ideas are great, but if this is just more pointless magazine-type bullshit then don't bother. The industry is already saturated with enough nonsense.

If you can legitimately give us these things, i won't ban you for being a filthy spammer.
