    Unhappy Inequal sides

I've noticed that my left triceps are stronger & bigger than my right - I know this by a) how tired I get doing the same exercise of each, an b) actual size when flexed. What should I be careful about to equal them out? Should increase the weight (or reps) slightly on the weaker arm? Or should I do exactly the same weight/reps on each, and just wait for the weaker one to 'catch up' with the stronger one?

Do these sort of inequalities vanish (gradually) the more weight training you do (in terms of how long ago since you started)? Or can they remain even after years of training?

    Thanks!

Art Atwood recently turned pro, and his left arm is very noticeably smaller than the right. This is very common to some extent, mine are about 1/4" different. Mentally make sure that when 2-arm movements that your left arm is doing some work too, when using dumbells do an extra rep with your smaller arm and remember that negatives are important, so dont just drop the weight after doing curls etc

I've noticed that my right quad is noticably bigger than my left, even though my left is my dominant leg. Any suggestions?

Try doing another rep with that side, and again make sure that its taking its share of the load.

Its not uncommon, as you get a couple of years under your belt, everything more or less evens out.

If you want to work on it, use DB instead of BB will help.
