    Well there are several forms of HIT. I'm assuming you mean intervals which both are general terms with several different definitions. Here is a good article on different types of cardio

    I myself do a good five min warm up
    followed by 1 min at 80 - 90% of max giving it all I have
    then drop to 1 min of 60% to catch breathe then give it all again
    I dod this for about 20 25 mins then take a long cool down

    if your like me i fucking hate running! i get bored too easy. when i was fighting we used to listen to the bas rutten workout. it was beast and now that im cutting for my summer cycle i'm getting tired of the treadmill and im not pushing my self during cardio so i just ordered it off ebay for like 15 bucks! i dont really know another dvd cardio workout for guys. if your like me you train alone and its easy not to give 110 on an off day

    im not very big on the cardio myself but sometimes you just have to. I usually just hit the treadmill after lifting for 15 min. 2 min warm up then 30sec go hard and 30 sec chill repeat till im done.
