Nope - but that's because there's nothing special about it. Just do heavy compound lifts, and eat less.

great abs are made in the kitchen as the result of a low calorie low GI diet to reduce body fat stores.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

The low GI part doesn't matter in a deficit.

Not to me it isn't. Sometimes, white rice and dextrose are the good carbs. It all has to do with the timing.

Why do you want perfect abs?
If you want to get and keep a man, try the shake weight.

I missed that one. South Park is usually pretty good, but they do have some lame ones.

I tried something I found today in Built's signature

    Daredevils are Shredded

Basically you do HIIT (30 seconds sprinting, 1-1:30 of slow jogging or walking) alternating for about 5-8 sprint intervals depending on fitness level.

Followed by 30 - 40 minutes of moderate intensity cardio.

Basically the article says HIIT mobilizes the stubborn fat but doesn't burn it, which is why you do the regular cardio afterwards....

All I can say is, I tried it for the first time today and I almost puked doing it, but now 2 hours later I feel amazingly exhausted.

    THANKS BUILT!
