Pretty much this. I'm not as meticulous with the vit C and omega 3s though. I usually take all of that before I go to bed.

A protein shake, then a good post workout meal and then a shower!

I take my creatine pre wo since i'm using kre-alk right now. when I used to use creatine monohydrate I always stuck with the pwo combo of protein/carbs/creatine to take advantage of the insulin spike to help with creatine transport

Creatine and I, just don't mix. I used to get awful stomach cramps on that stuff.

I used to think I was pregnant, or some shit!

try kre-alk that should cure any problems in the GIT

traditional creatine monohydrate does cause GI upset in a decent amount of people

Someone told me that before, but I figured it was just too uncomfortable to try. So I hadn't given it a fair shot! Maybe, I will pick some up and give it a try.

I used to take 2 scoops natural, unflavored whey (about 40 grams), a cup of oats, a whole banana and 2 whole eggs in blend it up and throw it down the hatch. It works great for me but lately I have been trying the whole food approach.

Lately I have been eating something such as 2 chicken breasts or one whole salmon fillet with a whole sweet potato or a bowl of rice. This is a recent change so I cannot give my results of the switch as of yet really. So far though, I notice to real difference between the two.

I take Gaspari Nutrition Size ON DURING the duration of my workout. It has creatine, bcaa, carbs. Then, pwo I take 50g of protein and maybe a banana. Then about 1-2 hours later, egg whites, wheat toast, and an apple. Then another meal 2 hours after with more high protein and carbs. There is a four to five hour time frame right after you workout that you need to feed your body with lots of protein and carbs. That is when your body is receovering from the stress you put it under.
Supplements are great, but you have to eat. Animal protein!

Usually waxy maize, ibcaa's, and creatine, followed by whey and skim milk with some toast and jelly about 20-30 minutes after.
