In my never ending search to find science behind hypertrophy, I stumbled across this site: Hypertrophy-Specific Nutrition
Im not sure if this is new or old as I cant find a date, but alot of points made make sense. Has anyone tried this routine? Were you satisfied? How did it compare to your previous routines? I am looking for a new routine since I am on my week break after the last 12 week 5x5 routine.


I used a modified version of HST years ago, I had to up the volume a little. personally I think just about any training routine will "work" if the user follows that program properly and has a plan with goals that are realistic.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
