Cool Cut/bulk/rest

What is the best way to go from cut to bulk, how many weeks a year should be spend in bulking/cutting/maintaining...and rest???

There's no set time, it depends on your goals.

Most people cut in the spring for summer and then bulk come fall and for the winter.

Your workouts stay mostly the same, its your diet that changes.

also the amount of cardio u do changes, for myself on a bulk i do 0 cardio but come my cut ill be doing tons.

Would you rest inbetween cut/bulk, how many weeks would bulk/cut & maintaining phase should be...
Clean Bulk, how much calories should one increase and the %of C/P/F

I usually go from cut striagth to bulking and back again.....every now and then I maintain but I usually focus on adding mass or losing BF.

As for cardio I usually do a fair bit when cutting and during a bulk I still try to keep some in my program for the fitness and health benefits...and unlike most people I actually enjoy BOTH weight training and cardio.

As said before though...it really depends on your goals as to how long you cut, maintain, or bulk.

My goals to gain strength, muscle every year, but rest my body too, lose bf which is gained on bulk, so how much fat in average can you gain in a bulk...and how much calories %c/p/f difference between a cut/bulk
