    abs

    im currently doing a 2 day workout doing back biceps n legs on tuesday nd on friday doin chest triceps and shoulders..I was thinking about getting real serious on burning off the fat and building a six pack abs but its hard to find a good routine that goes around mine.. I was wondering if you could give me something with the days i have left over?

    and dont worry about the eating part ill do my job with that I just want a good routine that will give me optimum results

    no i understand the way you eat is the most important thing for abs..

    Ok so what's your question then? And I'm not trying to be smart but seriously? We're gonna tell you stuff like squats, deadlifts, military press, and some planks. Hopefully you're not wanting to hear something like Ab ripper or hip hop abs routines....? If you're about to "get real serious about burning off the fat" you're not going to be adding to the abdominal wall in the process, due to caloric deficit.

    abs are made in the kitchen but you need to truly learn how to use your abs during compound lifts to "maximize" your gains

    whey do you mean using the abs with the lower back and obliques to stabilize the spine to prevent wobbling around or something?
