    I often hit the steam room after my workout, is this good or bad?

    As long as you don't pass out sure, part of that is what Gaz said. That's why it's good to steam with a partner so you can cover each other in case one drops. Trio would be even better in case of simultaneous drop.

    I am rarely in there more 5 minutes, its on the way to the showers. The one thing Ive noticed is if you have a "pump" going in it will disapate some after your done.
    Its been great too for fighting respitory congestion witht the cold ive had.

    Part of the reason I like the steam room is its helped with the congestion/cold crap I was delt about a month ago.
    Since then I am still struggling to get going in the gym, I just feel wiped out with out really getting going. My time there feels like a waste. Im still carrying a cough around and Im hoping that is all it is a lingering cold thats causing the lack of energy.
