Training while on vacation. What do you guys do? I'm going to Vegas for a week. The hotel gym is a rip off $25 per day. Other gyms in the area are just a bit cheaper. What would u suggest? I really dont want to take an entire week off because I just got back into the flow of training after several yrs off.
I wouldn't mind paying once and perhaps doing a full body work out but that just seems like I'll kill myself. Looking for suggestions.
whenever i've travelled, i'd usually get a couple day passes (expensive though....some gold's cost $15-20per session).....i'd check if the hotel has anything worked out for discount with a local gym
