    chest growth and genetics

Don't be upset if you aren't building a big full chest at the rate of the guy next to you. I love the muscle man competitions and I think the Polish and Czeck guys have a naturally full chest.. beautiful.

I have the same issue. My arms, legs, and back outgrow my chest at an amazing rate.
My old man is the same way. DNA is a bitch but I am who I am. I just struggle to not be lopsided.

My weakest link - working on changing that though - getting good success from heavy pullovers.

Also, I start with heavy flys & twist the dumbells around at failure & squeeze out a few presses to failure - and seeing new growth from this

Why would I be upset? I'm the guy next to you.
