    7 favorite exercises?

    if you had to choose just 7 exercises what would they be?
    mine would have to be
    -squat
    -deadlift
    -millitary press
    -cleans
    -barbell row
    -bench press
    -chin ups

    Deads
    Squats
    CGBP
    Chins
    Dips
    DB Row

    As a matter of fact,,,, because of my jacked up schedule this month these are basically the only exercises I'm doing in a three day a week split. KISS.

    wghted dips,chins,db flat/inclines,machine flyes.Pendlay rows/bb rows,squats,heavy deads/rack pulls...i know,i added an extra.whoops...

    i would say

    deadlift
    wide grip pull down
    bent over row
    bench press
    push up
    barbell shrug
    overhead extension for tri's

    hang cleans
    military presses

    farmer walks and overhead walks at certain times of the year.

    then i train for the sport i compete in....10-15 hours a week on my bike.
