wghted dips,chins,db flat/inclines,machine flyes.Pendlay rows/bb rows,squats,heavy deads/rack pulls...i know,i added an extra.whoops...

i would say

wide grip pull down
bent over row
bench press

barbell shrug
overhead extension for tri's
I don't even think I need 7:
Clean and jerk
Snatch
Full squat
Overhead press
Chinups

Pulling is by far my favorite

then i train for the sport i compete in....10-15 hours a week on my bike.
