I keep a log of every single training session but I generally don't keep them much longer than 5 years. I wish I had some of my early training logs from middle schools with my all upper body training, lol...
How many of you keep a logbook of every training session? I have logbooks going back as far as 15-17 years. I love looking back at my old books and comparing my progress.
I distinctly remember many moons ago in Hawaii watching this one chick training biceps and she was doing 20# db curls. I told myself, I'm gonna get there one of these days! My max on db's so far is 40 db's. This was a while back before my forearm tendonitis and I think I probably got like 6-8 reps.
Do you keep a logbook? How long have you been keeping one?

All through my competitive career in powerlifting I kept a log of everything I did in the gym. I have one file with over ten years worth of logs for every exercise performed. These days, not so much.
