    for me its some bcaas and creatine and 50 mcg IGF

    Hell I'd eat a meal during if it were feasible but I usually just drink water.

    I take a fast charge bcaa right before my morn empty cardio then eat breakfast
    After that I hit the gym for weights ( natural with just water ) come home and eat lunch
