    Weird problem

Hi. I have this werid thing about muscle growth. Like my lifts are improving weekly and I'm getting stronger. I'm even getting like super dense in muscle but actual growth.... Not much. I usually train in the 5 rep range. Is this why?

^ That. Lifting makes you strong but it doesn't make you big. That part comes from food.

I'm a middle-aged woman your height and weight, and my maintenance is about 2200. Crank up the calories to 3000 a day for a while, monitor your progress. If you don't gain - or if you do at first but it slows down - go to 3500. Rinse, lather, repeat.
