    Tennis elbow

Well, if it is anything like tennis elbow, you probably need to back off for a few weeks and start with lesser weight. You probably went too heavy, too quick. It has happened to me before. You end up causing inflammation that presses up against nerve ending and becomes painful. Heat it for 20 minutes, break for 20 minutes, ice it for 20 minutes, rest for 20 and repeat. Advil or Aleve will help, but it will take time. If it is real bad, go see a doc and get a cortisol shot. Cortisol is catabolic on the muscles. Also, you will have to rehab the elbow after cortisol wears off. Guess it depends on how bad it is. Vitamin E and Omega 3 can help, along with l-glutamine and l-arginine.

He prob wants some anabolics to mask the pain or amplify it worse instead of fixing it.

Try some OTC joint meds. I have elbow issues too but the joint meds seen to help.
Fear does not exist in any object or situation. It is constructed by you alone, a barrier to progress, imposed solely by your mind.

Yep-Even just fish oil can be helpful. Lots of OTC options out there.

You could add cissus quadrangularis. When I have problems with the preacher I switch to a straight bar.

I had this same issue whenever I would do my tricep routine, like previously stated just go down in weight and ice ice ice! It helped me and the pain went away after 2 weeks of resting it.
