    stunt growth for 14?

Ok im 14, and for about 10m at very most, i do a quick work out at my house everyday. Im 13-14 do stuff like lefting smallish weights from my knee up to chest while sitting down. ANd pulling the bar down to my chect and letting it go back up. and like chin-ups and stuff. I have to do it for a school thing. Ok so would this affect growth or anything like that. Cause im going through growth at the moment. Also i dont put en force on my legs really. I do biking for my legs

Dont drink coffee, dont smoke, and drink your milk you should be fine. I started when I was 11 and I'm 6'2", and seriously doubt I should have been any taller.

nah, no worries aggressor, I have read and often been told that the age you're at right now is the perfect time to start working out, shouldn't do anything to your body that you won't like to see. Think of the monster you'll be in 5 years buddy

Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them: A desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.

Sounds like this boy could be the next "Richard Sandrak". Any chance of taking a few pics?

You HAVE to keep us updated too... and if the trainer does things right, he could get his son into the movies and have him make more money in a month than everyone here on this board makes in a lifetime!

Really though, that boy is going to have such a great life... no worries about being picked on, cause all he'll have to do is flex and I guarantee the bully will want to be his new best friend!

I lifted a little bit when I was 13 up until I was 14. I also smoked cigarettes lightly at the time, and smoked marijuana heavily. I grew a couple inches during that time. I was 5'10" at the time, now I'm 6 foot. However, I did most of my growing before that time. The summer after 8th grade (I was 13) I went from 5'2" to 5'10" in about 3 months. Perhaps I was supposed to be taller, but there's no way to tell.
