    Bulking reps, and sets

I am going to begin my first cycle of "supplements" soon, it is a bulking cycle.
I know that keeping the reps low, in the 5-8 zone is ideal, but I'm curious as to the amount of sets that I should be doing, any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you!

The reps and sets doesn't matter so much as your diet, and progressively overloading in some way. Increased training stimulus + increased nutrition = increased muscle mass. Fact.

You can overload any variable you want - volume, load, density, TUT, intensity....just have a solid plan of HOW you will bring that overload about, and stick to it. So long as your diet is geared towards putting on mass there is no way you can fail.
