Don't you just it when you teach someone...
....in the gym how to use proper form and introduce them to new exercises they turn around and take credit for it?
I'm 45 so at this stage I could care less but still...give credit where credit is due.
One Guy became a personal trainer because of me...lol.
I should start charging people.
