    Doms

    if i train a body part 2 or 3 xs a week the soreness goes away ifi only train once a week i get very sore anyone know why this happens?

    I find this too
    Its from moving that part again and releasing all that junk in the muscle
    its called active recovery
    motion is lotion lol

    so should you do this or wait till the soreness goes away i love motion lotion lol

    thank you i looked up active recovery some very good info i apreciate the info active recovery i had never herd of that buti learned something thank you

    no you dont wait until your sore ... you use active recovery to prevent getting doms in first place
