    Training Injury... Help/Advice/Expertise needed!!!

OKay... Here's the deal. Last Thursday I trained shoulders. Somewhat heavy Military presses (standing) and I got the tweak/pain right where the collar bone attaches at the chest (under chin). Well... I went Friday to train Biceps and it affected most of my training. It's hurting all the way thru to my back (same area). So I rested all weekend thinking it should start feeling better. I went to do squats today (thinking that they wouldn't be affected at all) and it's still hurting. It can be a sharp pain and when I inhale, I get a sharp pain right at the deepest point of the inhale.

    My questions are:

Has anyone ever had a similar episode?

What was the diagnosis (if you went to the Dr.)?

    What was the treatment?

I'm taking the next 7-10 days off to try and heal. It really sucks, as I'm 10.5 weeks into a Test/Deca cycle and just added DBol. If it would have happened say 3-4 weeks from now, it wouldn't sukk nearly as bad...

    Need advises.

    @ Giss...

Thanks bro... I think I'm gonna take 10 days off and continue my test as planned. If after 10 days I can't press anything, I'll just do isolation stuff the rest of the way, avoiding pressing.

I should be able to continue squatting, arms and some back. Just no chest/ shoulders

Never had it happen but my best guess would be something with your sternoclavicular joint.. makes sense considering pain with all those movements, and also since your diaphram, and lungs expand during deep breaths it would put pressure on that same joint... Rest/Recover you can go to a doc all he is gonna do is give you anti inflammatory's.. i would only see someone about it if pain gets worse though or something changes

Thanks Bro and to everyone else with a useful response. I appreciate it...

Update... It's already feeling much better. I'm going to take the rest of the week & weekend off. Monday I will go back and start some iso stuff and see where it is. If I feel some pressing is okay, I'll get back to my routine, if not... I'll just do the iso stuff staying away from the pain.
