    Muscle Gain

Building muscle is not so hard when you get around to it. The most thing that is hard and troublesome is waiting for the results and trying not to be so anxious for them. In a little amount of work you can gain muscle and get stronger, but you do need true exercise and methods to accomplish the real strength and goal that you are looking for. Although, it really matters on how muscley you want to be. Do you want to be fit and strong at the same time? Without looking too muscley? or maybe not showing any muscle at all? Or would you like to have the athlete type look? Or the super muscley body builder look? It all really matters on what your goal is and what goal your seeking to accomplish. While the fit look, which is mostly used by ordinary people or someone who just wants to have a little bit of muscle and strength while staying fit, will not take as long as the super mega body building type of muscles. So, what you have to do first is get your goal in mind. Are you going to choose just to be fit? Or are you going to choose to be the strong body builder type? Getting the right goal in mind and not switching back to another, is the best way to stick to the plan that you have in mind. You will have a clear idea of whats going to be your
new muscle type or body type. Now, lets look at the basics first.
There are even some free tutorial vidoes on youtube to help you build some muscle. But you have to make sure the exercises are natural and wont make you too sore. In the other hand, some exercises are pretty light. You can also get way too sore by doing to many of the light ones aswell! So watch out, and do them in moderation. Working out does not have to be entirely to lifting weights or having two 5 pound weights. You can also gain muscle by doing just natural workouts with no weights required. All that is needed will be your hands and arms. Pushups are a good natural way to have muscle gain.
By doing 5 minute pushups a day you could probably see that you have gotten stronger and that your arms are more toned then it used to be within about 2 months time. But you must make sure that you are keeping at it! If you slack up just a little bit it will be no big deal. Many results vary from different people though. Still, pushups are very effective and will work with just about anyone. There are so many exercises and methods out there to get normal toned muscles. So, now that you have read all about getting normally fit to get stronger or to just have some more tone, we can start learning about how body builders get the type of muscle that they have. When people see the word "body building" or "body builder" the first thing that comes to mind is lifting weights. Although lifting weights or working out naturally is a must for a body builder, but it’s not the only thing that the body builder does to accomplish that kind of muscle. One other important thing to add into a muscle building goal is nutrition. Just like when the body needs food and water to keep your energy levels from not being drained, the same way a body builder needs the right amount of protein and food to regain strength, and to make sure all tissues are repaired. A good diet and good nutrition is a strongly needed thing for a body builder. Even for someone who wanted to gain a few muscles needs plenty of water and the right nutrition. Everything that you will eat will most likely contribute to your muscle gain, so you should take in as much protein and carbohydrates in your diet as you can. Some vegetables like, celery and carrots are a good type of carbohydrates, but you will need much more then just vegetables alone. You need other carbohydrates too. Rice and whole wheat bread is also a good source. There are a lot of foods that are rich in carbohydrates, so mixing and matching your meals won’t be a problem. You need the right amount of fats in your diet to have a well-balanced meal, though. You must have alot of energy to keep up the work of all the weight lifting. Going to a gym is of course optional, or you can buy some weights and just workout at the house. Some stores have a good amount of weights at a pretty reasonable price. There is an option to either workout at home or at the gym. Some do both, but the best way to do it is to not over workout. You must make sure you get plenty of rest and take good care of yourself if you are going to do such of a hard workout. Your muscles can either get bigger or smaller. That is all there really is to it. Tone is just a word to get stronger or to have enough muscle to make a nice shape. Working out and having a good muscle gain can be pretty hard, but the hardest thing is patience. Patience is key in gaining muscle! Of course, there is more to being a body builder and gaining muscle, these are just the few basics. It might sound a bit hard to accomplish this goal, but it is definitely not impossible. When you get the hang of it, muscle gain will not be so hard and you’ll be on your way to the finish line if you stay committed. If you get a little scared when you weigh yourself on the scale and see that you have gained a few pounds, it’s alright! When you gain muscle the scale counts it as extra weight. So if you have been building up muscles and you found your self to be 1 pound heavier, that is definitely okay. You might be gaining more muscle and the scale is picking it up as your weight. Sometimes it can trick the scale. Although, if you really might be gaining weight and want to check it out, then a BMI calculator is a great way to see how much fat is stored inside the body. There are BMI calculators out there, which is very simple to follow. Goodluck on your journey to building muscle! If you do everything the right way, you might be seeing results in the normal amount of time.

i made the mistake of reading the whole text. quite frankly it is a really good laugh. i took the liberty of gathering some keye sentences for those who do not have time to read such a mess or 20/20 vision.

i supose a basic "mental clarity" test as a requirement for an account on this board.

p.s. henha, i want the "super muscley body builder type".

Yes, no need for the 5 pound weights. All you need are your hands and arms, and you'll have the "super mega bodybuliding type of muscles".

Good idea but you need to write the article in 2-3 sentence paragraph, subheadings & if you used bullet points it will really help the reader in scanning your article fast, you will get better by the time
BTW I need to get the fit look more than being bulk.
